What Therapy Can Support

Getting Started

Simple steps to begin.

01

Reach Out

Send a short message via the contact form, or book a free 20-minute consultation. No pressure, no commitment — just a chance to ask questions.

02

We Talk

Our first session is gentle and exploratory. We talk about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping for. You decide whether it feels right.

03

We Begin

If we're a good fit, we agree how to work together. Sessions are online, 50 minutes, and shaped entirely by your needs and pace.

Taking the first step is the hardest part.

You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you want to talk about. We begin wherever you are.
